**Sales Manager for Scientific Solutions Job Posting**

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Atlantic sales team as a Territory Sales Executive. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen to drive revenue growth, build strong relationships, and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Akoya Biosciences' innovative solutions to customers and prospects in the Mid-Atlantic region.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in biology or similar life science discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the scientific industry, with a focus on technical capital equipment sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of immunohistochemistry, digital pathology, or microscopy/imaging applications and instrumentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing sales teams and build strong customer relationships.

Compensation Package:

Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Annual performance-based bonus and long-term incentive units (equity).
