Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for supporting a profitable business by creating genuine connections with customers, fostering customer loyalty, and driving strong community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute local events that tie to the community and fuel incremental traffic and sales.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will be great in this role if you:

  • Have 2 or more years of experience in a similar scope, specialty retail preferred.

  • Process information and operate store systems accurately.
  • Are available when we are busy, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Are adept with technology and apps and familiar with industry-related blogs and feeds.
