Job Overview

So Sweet Lebanese & French Pastries in Toledo, OH is seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop employees to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Delegate tasks to team members and provide follow-up to ensure successful execution
  • Hold team members accountable for their performance and provide coaching and counseling as needed
  • Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met
  • Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
  • Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
  • Develop and implement effective inventory and ordering systems
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members
  • Possess a positive attitude and ethics that support our values and culture
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
