Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Home Maintenance Inspector to join our team. As a Home Maintenance Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting properties after guest check-out and prior to homeowner arrival, ensuring that the property is in excellent condition. Your day will be spent traveling between properties, performing inspections, and assisting guests with any issues or questions they may have.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect properties after guest check-out and prior to homeowner arrival to ensure that the property is in excellent condition.
  • Travel between properties to perform inspections and assist guests with any issues or questions they may have.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or damage to the property.
  • Assist the guest services team with any in-house guest issues that may arise.
  • Perform minor tasks such as changing light bulbs and tightening fixtures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in property management or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of $25-$33 per hour based on experience.
  • Mileage reimbursement for working mileage.

  • Wednesday-Sunday availability required.
