Job Description

The Baskin Captain will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and product standards. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete performance checks of other employees
  • Oversee completion of Baskin's daily tasks
  • Train new hires and coach experienced staff members
  • Provide a timely and accurate count every week of all Baskin product
  • Properly log waste of expired cakes, ice cream, and corresponding paper product
  • Send a detailed log of ice cream backstock every week
  • Order ice cream according to pars and budget
  • Set customer service and suggestive selling for all employees
  • Maintain the dipping cabinet
  • Maintain small appliances

Requirements
  • Weekend availability
  • Able to complete all Baskin training requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
