  • Conduct daily truck inspections and maintain proper equipment.
  • Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
  • Make logistical decisions, such as when to dispose of waste and how to complete a job.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the company's core values.
  • Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
  • Complete daily checklists and prevent careless mistakes.
