About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Baskin Captain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete performance checks of other employees to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Oversee the completion of daily tasks and ensure that all equipment is well-maintained.
  • Train new hires and coach experienced staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct a timely and accurate count of all Baskin products every week.
  • Properly log waste of expired cakes, ice cream, and corresponding paper products.
  • Send a detailed log of ice cream backstock every week.
  • Order ice cream according to pars and budget.
  • Set customer service and suggestive selling standards for all employees.
  • Maintain the dipping cabinet and small appliances.
Requirements
  • Able to complete all Baskin training requirements.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for periods of time.
