Job Opportunity:

Hayden Beverage is seeking a motivated and results-driven Combo Sales Representative to join our team in Boise, ID.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales professional to drive business growth and build strong relationships with customers in the beverage distribution industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, including bars, restaurants, and specialty retail shops.
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their business needs and how Hayden can support those.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build orders on iPad and present to customers.
  • Promote Hayden's product lines to customers and prospects.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and shelf maintenance in accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as business demands.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the beverage distribution industry is a plus.
  • Performance development and goal-oriented accountability skills.
  • Ability to work well independently, with customers, and the rest of the crew.
  • Flexibility to potential daily schedule changes.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
