We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to enhance our Bariatric Surgery program. This role offers a chance to work in a vibrant community known for its diverse lifestyle options beyond the typical attractions.
Key Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Licensure in Nevada is required.
- Experience in General Surgery or Bariatric Surgery is advantageous.
Responsibilities include:
- Work Schedule: 4 days a week with 10-hour shifts; on-call duties primarily via phone.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to manage Robotic and Bariatric service lines, ensuring adherence to established protocols such as ERAS and quality standards.
- Monitor patient progress post-surgery to ensure compliance with care pathways and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the accreditation process for the Bariatric program.
