Job Summary

At North Vista Hospital, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Med/Surg/Telemetry Unit. As a member of our award-winning team, you will be responsible for delivering safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care.
• Communicate with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
