- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our infusion services and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
