Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our efforts on new business development and commercial programs to develop the market for non-convulsive seizure detection in acute care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting or investment banking, with a proven track record of managing small teams to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop New Commercial Programs: Design and implement new commercial programs with direct impact in the non-convulsive seizure market.
  • Conduct Market Analytics: Conduct market analytics to define the total opportunity and link with core business metrics to define success.
  • Develop Program Plans: Develop program plans, including the detailed steps required to implement.
  • Manage Implementation: Manage the implementation of key strategic programs in concert with executive sponsors.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Work cross-functionally to ensure the success of key programs.
Qualifications
  • Management Consulting or Investment Banking Experience: 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking.
  • Commercial Med Tech Experience: Ideally 5 years of commercial med tech experience.
  • Team Management: Managed small teams to successful outcomes.
  • Analytic Tools: Skilled in analytic tools (Excel, Altyrx) and commercial enablement platforms (SFDC, Groove, Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, MBA/MS preferred.
  • Medical Device/Healthcare Experience: Medical device/healthcare experience preferred.
