Key Responsibilities: As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clients and staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff
  • Managing medical records and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
  • Billing, filing, and scanning documents
  • Inventory management and basic computer skills

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year experience in an animal clinic or hospital. Fluency in English is required, with bilingual skills in Spanish preferred. You will also need to have basic computer knowledge and typing skills, as well as the ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs and work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
