Call Center Agent Healthcare

**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year call center experience, Medicare knowledge is a plus, customer focused, fast and accurate data entry, clear, pleasant speaking voice, excellent communication skills (oral and written), excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and troubleshoot issues, ability to work with little or no supervision, ability to adapt quickly to changing environment, ability to interact with a diverse group, ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages, ability to interact with a diverse team, ability to demonstrate improvement based on performance feedback, team player/consensus builder, certification as Pharmacy Technician is plus, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
