**About the Role**
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front office and guest services operations at our hotel in San Francisco. This role requires a high level of expertise in hospitality, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead front office and guest services teams
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage front office operations and ensure seamless execution of tasks
- Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance
**Requirements**
- One to three years' experience in a front office management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office products, Opera, Salesforce, and other programs as needed
**Estimated Salary Range**: $90,640 - $110,240
