Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily operations, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide coaching and regular feedback to team members.
  • Educate employees on job duties and ensure they have necessary tools and equipment.

As a Room Attendant:
  • Clean, dust, wax, scrub, polish, and service guest rooms according to hotel procedures.
  • Replace linens, replenish supplies, and report any damage or hazards.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
