Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client portfolios with entrepreneurial spirit, leveraging infrastructure and support to drive success.
  • Develop and nurture both individual and company brands through local market presence.
  • Steer project direction and scope, serving as a quarterback for clients' projects.
  • Mentor and train landscape architects and designers, empowering them to reach new heights.
  • Encourage team growth, providing opportunities for career advancement.
  • Partner with clients as a subject matter expert, listening to their needs and delivering technical expertise.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Planning from an accredited program.
  • RLA/LLA license preferred.
  • A history of building, motivating, and leading high-performance site design teams.
  • Experience nurturing and growing client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
