About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Architect Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Bohler Engineering. As a key member of our site design team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site design projects, including developing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our projects meet the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field from an accredited program.
  • RLA/LLA license preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
