Key Responsibilities:
The Trauma Services Manager will oversee the Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing trauma care. This role involves:
- Monitoring compliance with trauma regulations and serving as the primary performance improvement specialist.
- Collaborating closely with the Trauma Medical Director to promote program goals and optimize patient care.
- Leading educational efforts and implementing changes to improve trauma care standards as per the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in trauma care.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in an acute care environment.
