Job Summary

IKO North America is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of our roofing and building materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to production team members to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
  • Safety and Quality: Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to company and OSHA safety standards. Investigate and report on safety incidents and workplace hazards.
  • Training and Development: Ensure employees receive training on procedures related to safety, quality, and production. Conduct training, cross-training, and rotation of employees for product, process, and employee development.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate team members' performance and provide coaching and guidance to improve employee skill sets. Administer the employee corrective action plan as needed.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Plan and manage scheduling for production team. Maintain employee time and attendance records.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-year degree in a technical field or equivalent production leadership experience.
  • Experience: High-speed manufacturing supervisory experience preferred, and fiberglass mat plant or equivalent experience ideal. Supervisory experience of 3-5 years.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability. Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
