Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Cost Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Building Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and estimating building construction costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze building construction costs, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
  • Develop detailed estimates for building construction projects.
  • Conduct accurate quantity take-offs to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Prepare and manage bid packages.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability and adherence to budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architecture.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in construction estimating.
  • Self-perform experience is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Including Excel and Project).
  • Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff (Or Similar).
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
