Compensation: Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Employment Type: Temporary (approximately 3 months)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing cash transactions
  • Handling deposits
  • Managing withdrawals
  • Facilitating loan payments
  • Executing money transfers
  • Issuing cashier's checks and money orders
  • Addressing various customer requests
  • Counting and organizing cash
  • Opening and closing the branch
  • Participating in community events and bank meetings
  • Adhering to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Maintaining confidentiality of customer information
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Reports to: Team Lead

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales, or customer service roles
  • Understanding of customer service principles
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Outlook
