EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
A high school diploma or GED is essential.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Ideally, at least one year of experience in customer service within a library environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous. Familiarity with People Soft is beneficial.
