As a Quality Control Chemist at Cynet Systems, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and excellence of our products. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage the production timeline effectively.
- Analyze and troubleshoot areas requiring enhancement.
- Implement new methodologies while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct in-process quality control assessments of manufacturing materials, focusing on qualifications and quality checks.
- Uphold quality management systems and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Develop and adhere to protocols aimed at product enhancement.
- Prepare both critical and non-critical bioreagents for product and manufacturing applications, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate within a team environment to synchronize manufacturing activities according to the production schedule, ensuring the availability of raw bioreagents as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with laboratory techniques such as:
- Pipetting.
- Spectrophotometry.
- High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
- pH measurement.
- Gel Electrophoresis including SDS Page.
- ELISA testing.
Competencies:
- Ability to function effectively both as part of a team and independently with moderate oversight.
- Proficiency in utilizing computer software applications, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing tools.
