POSITION OVERVIEW

Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to designated senior executives, encompassing calendar oversight, travel logistics, presentation preparation, and expense documentation. Oversee the daily tasks of a small team of administrative professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of 1-3 administrative staff.
  • Organize and schedule intricate activities, meetings, travel, conferences, and departmental functions.
  • Execute calendar management, coordinating meetings and calls effectively.
  • Draft written communications, announcements, and presentations.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Serve as a project manager for special initiatives.
  • Plan and facilitate Senior Management Meetings, Summit Meetings, and Sales Conferences, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and all related activities.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in executive administrative roles is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a leadership capacity is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to use hands for various tasks and communicate verbally.
  • Frequent sitting for extended periods and regular use of the telephone.
