POSITION SUMMARY

The Event Operations Associate serves as the initial point of contact for all attendees. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for families and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Execute operational procedures related to events and programs.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the venue and attendees.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated public areas.
  • Oversee the proper setup and dismantling of equipment, including sound systems, scoreboards, game fields, and signage.
  • Efficiently manage cash registers and adhere to cash handling protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and park visitors.
  • Understand and implement all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for risk management and conduct safety inspections.
  • Comply with all facility policies and local health and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collective success.
  • Dedication to the safety and well-being of all individuals.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to sit or stand for extended periods, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Capability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Proficiency in operating a computer.
  • Exposure to intermittent noise levels.
