We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Wellpath. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to inmates in a correctional facility.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough intake evaluations and assessments to identify inmates' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address inmates' mental health concerns.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including psychoeducational and transitional groups, to promote inmates' mental well-being.
- Respond to sick call requests and provide medication adherence support.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff and other community sources to ensure inmates receive comprehensive care.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
- One or more years of experience in a mental health treatment program, preferably in a correctional or hospital setting.
- Unrestricted, current license in the state of practice (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist).
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
