National Mortgage Staffing is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify loan documents to ensure compliance with loan conditions
  • Prepare loan files for underwriting review, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with originators, borrowers, and agents to complete processing
  • Stay up-to-date with underwriting and compliance guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor, with expertise in Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
  • Recent experience as a processor within the last year
  • Underwriting and closing experience a plus
  • High level of proficiency with mortgage loan processing and underwriting systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 DOE, plus bonus
