The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field and possess extensive hands-on experience in plumbing, piping, or sheet metal work on commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced estimating and scheduling software to plan and execute projects efficiently.
  • Coordinate closely with field teams and fabrication shops to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Engage directly with customers, particularly on mission-critical data center projects, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Foster a collaborative and proactive project environment, ensuring seamless stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
  • Local presence in Phoenix, AZ.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and longevity in past roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in plumbing, piping, or sheet metal work on commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk Suite (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
  • Strong field coordination and fabrication experience.
  • Hands-on experience in mission-critical data center projects is preferred.
Additional Requirements
