About the Role

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Central Banking & Devt Platforms division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the systems supporting currency management services to banks and security couriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Notes Operations Registration Management System (NORMS) and other currency management systems to ensure optimal performance and high system availability.
  • Work closely with the user department and vendor to plan and devise solutions for enhancements to NORMS and currency management systems to meet business requirements.
  • Perform annual technology and cyber risk assessment of critical IT systems and work with external agencies to ensure compliance with MAS IT security standards.
  • Manage key contractors to achieve optimal performance and contractual requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in system portfolio and application management, IT business analysis, solution design, project management, and system operations and maintenance.
  • Experience in managing projects and product development using waterfall methods and/or agile methods.
  • Expertise in IT business analysis, software quality management, and vendor contract management.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
