About the Role

Dental365 is seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Support to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing our doctor concierge services and interdisciplinary projects across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Doctor Engagement: Lead the process of doctor engagement, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous support for all doctors.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the office support team, which includes Regional CSD (Dentists), Hygiene Executive team members (Hygienist), Operations VP, Regional Manager, RCM, Facilities, Talent, and our Back Office Trainers.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison between clinical and non-clinical personnel, understanding each team member's role and creating a comprehensive reporting structure.
  • Reporting and Action Items: Generate actionable items and concise reports for the executive team. Follow up on action items with department leads to ensure completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare or dental setting.
  • Prior experience working with clinical.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with colleagues and train staff.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
