The Client Success Consultant plays a crucial role in providing exceptional knowledge transfer services to clients, enabling them to utilize Tyler software solutions effectively for their daily operations.

These knowledge transfer services may be delivered either on-site or through virtual webinars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their workflows, business, and technical requirements, ensuring that the knowledge transfer aligns with their specific needs.
  • Oversee the transition to Tyler software, ensuring it is completed within established timelines, thereby fostering a positive relationship between the client and Tyler Technologies.
  • Deliver professional services, including consultation, software readiness assessments, and educational sessions on Tyler software products.
  • Design and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, both in-person and online, to educate users on software functionalities, data entry processes, system administration, user security, and permissions.
  • Conduct consultations and analyses of client business models to document requirements related to Tyler products and functionalities.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to enhance client workflows and ensure efficient software solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Identify and document technical specifications for software design, development, forms, reports, interfaces, and configurations.
  • Assist clients in the data mapping process for product conversions and provide guidance on validating and analyzing data migrations from existing systems to Tyler applications.
  • Create customized reports or modify existing ones to meet client specifications.
  • Actively participate in troubleshooting client issues, collaborating with Support or Development teams as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, issues, and administrative tasks, including trip reports and expense submissions.
  • Support QA teams with product testing or modifications as required.
  • Communicate any issues or unforeseen events that may affect the implementation's effectiveness, schedule, or budget to management.
  • Develop both client-facing and internal documentation, such as quick reference guides and instructional materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the technical staff, translating complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in user conferences and facilitate discussions on relevant topics.
  • Travel extensively to client locations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as an Associate Implementation Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of principles and concepts relevant to the knowledge transfer process.
  • Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Valid driver's license.

Compensation: Salary typically ranges between $58,285 - $76,691, adjusted for geographic differences.
