Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Oversee the completion of all duties by Houseperson and Room Attendants, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect and Evaluate Guest Rooms: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Manage Housekeeping Equipment and Supplies: Properly use and maintain all housekeeping equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are in good working condition and used in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
  • Develop and Implement Housekeeping Procedures: Establish and maintain housekeeping procedures and standards, ensuring that they are followed by all housekeeping staff.
  • Monitor and Report on Housekeeping Performance: Track and report on housekeeping performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional customer service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Hilton Experience Preferred: 5+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, and to lead and motivate housekeeping staff.
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, and to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
