About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Aftermarket Part Sales Representative to join our team at Ingersoll Rand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling customer requests for aftermarket parts, generating quotes, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Generate quotes and follow up with customers to ensure orders are placed
  • Manage orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure a stable supply of parts
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and environmental health and safety compliance
  • Coordinate freight shipments and deliveries to and from the branch office
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
