Represent and Grow Wholesale Parts Business

AutoNation is a leading automotive retailer seeking a skilled Wholesale Parts Sales Representative to represent and grow our wholesale parts business in the Atlanta metro area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Wholesale Parts Managers to increase sales of AutoNation OEM and Aftermarket parts to independent repair businesses.
  • Analyze competitive market information to identify market opportunities and focus on high-potential accounts.
  • Make sales calls to existing and new accounts, including cold calls, to promote AutoNation branded parts.
  • Utilize CRM tools and other resources to ensure high levels of focus and organization.
  • Promote and improve the AutoNation branded parts business by being an expert on product offers.
  • Stay up-to-date with local trade advertising and publications to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Participate in local and national Aftermarket events to build relationships and promote AutoNation's wholesale parts business.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a broad scope of customers.
  • Ability to analyze market information and identify opportunities to grow the business.
  • Customer-focused and responsive to customer needs, with a strong ability to ask for the sale.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Expertise in wholesale programs of various OE manufacturers is a must.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a valid in-state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Achieve assigned wholesale targets for all brands in the assigned territory.
  • Increase market share of AutoNation branded parts.
  • Identify and convert new accounts to grow the business.
  • Effectively utilize internal wholesale parts opportunity dashboard and CRM tool.
