  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in transportation design.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of direct experience in transportation design, with a strong background in structural engineering.
  • BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university, with a focus on transportation design and structural analysis.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management, with experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Fundamental of Engineering (FE)/Engineer in Training (EIT) certification required, PE License preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of AASHTO bridge design code, PennDOT bridge design software, and structural analysis programs such as STAAD.
  • Ability to perform project site visits, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
