Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Goodwill. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries and sales, operate the cash register, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Stock, price, and display merchandise in a visually appealing manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including straightening racks, shelves, and other areas of the sales floor.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to assist customers with inquiries and sales, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience working in a retail environment.
  • Cash Handling Experience: Previous experience operating a cash register and handling cash transactions.
