Records Examiner

Compass Strategy Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Records Examiner/Analyst to support our nationwide law enforcement initiative. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in removing the tools of crime from criminal organizations and depriving wrongdoers of proceeds from their crime.
Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate data and information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Enter required data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage case/project files, validation, and verification of case data systems.
- Track case file status to ensure compliance with established deadlines.
- Prepare documents, reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries with accuracy and proper format.
- Manipulate, transfer, compute, and print information as needed.
- Provide accurate and timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Undergraduate degree or High School Diploma/GED with two years of experience.
- One year of experience in asset forfeiture or a related field.
- Ability to understand the organization and functions of the customer.
- Strong project and workload management skills.
- Excellent communication and data analysis skills.
- Competence to review, interpret, and extract data from complex documents.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite and other common software applications.
