Role Overview:

The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility by utilizing elements from our Brand Book alongside their unique creative insights to develop captivating marketing and branding initiatives. This position will primarily focus on Born Primitive Tactical and Born Primitive Outdoor, two specialized brands under the Born Primitive umbrella. A keen eye for detail is essential, and candidates must present a portfolio showcasing their previous work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a variety of graphic materials for marketing and advertising across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and websites.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage and prioritize several projects within design specifications and budget constraints.
  • Perform image retouching and manipulation as needed.
  • Work proficiently with various media and demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with team members on creative concepts and campaign launches.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience, or an Associate's Degree with relevant experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Graphic Design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with Figma.
  • Experience in eCommerce is preferred.
  • Interest or experience in Tactical, First Responder, or Outdoor industries.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles is preferred.
Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily sedentary, though standing desks are available. Employees may occasionally need to climb stairs, bend, stoop, walk, lift up to 10 lbs, and crouch as necessary. Rarely, employees may be required to push or pull up to 50 lbs, work in extreme conditions (heat/cold), or travel voluntarily.
