Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Claims Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Insurance Verifier, you will play a crucial role in verifying insurance information and ensuring its accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound calls to insurance companies to verify insurance information.
  • Resolve discrepancies with providers, insurance companies, and patients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a call center setting preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and coding practices (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite.
