Medical Office Coordinator

The Medical Center Representative is a vital member of the Premier Health team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical center environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for all patients and visitors.
- Manage patient registration, scheduling, and billing functions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle sensitive medical, financial, and personal information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; two to three years of experience in an ambulatory healthcare facility preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA laws essential.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and computer software applications required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
