Job Description

**Role Overview**

Tim Collins - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and competitive Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Producer, you will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs and marketing insurance products or services that maximize value.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships.

**Requirements**

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers.
  • A valid Property & Casualty license.
