This position is responsible for the production and preparation of various finished products for all revenue centers following product specifications, good manufacturing practices, and food safety while maintaining efficiency and quality across all operational flow and product movement.

- Consistently follow departmental directions and adhere to all product specifications, food safety programs, GMPs, and HACCP Policies.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and ensure that production requirements and standards are consistently met.
- Ensure products are packed according to the product matrix and production schedule.
- Ensure safe and proper use of equipment; actively participate and support company safety and security standards at all times.
- Rotate among duties within the assembly line, including the box opener, cookie filler, checker, and case packer.
- Perform other production duties, such as pick/pack orders, receive/stow products, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Observe products across multiple stages and ensure correct count, flavor, label accuracy, and correct case packs.
- Stage and set up raw materials in order based on the packing schedule.
- Identify and sort out damaged/defective raw materials and cookies.
- Assist Order Fulfillment and Bakery production during peak season.
- Report any product deficiencies, food, or safety concerns to the lead, supervisor, or manager.
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products for quality and quantity to ensure that packing specifications are met.
- Meet all training requirements.
- Cross-train with other department members for maximum flexibility.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization.
- Maintain the production pace set by the production leader.
- May partake in general daily sanitation as needed to maintain continuous production flow.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Represent the company brand image and share aloha to all customers, business partners, and co-workers at all levels throughout the company.
- High school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years of experience in the field/related area.
- Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Consistently demonstrate a sense of urgency and an action-oriented attitude for results.
- Ability to read and understand various documents, forms, and reports.
- Able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Effectively communicate and respond to questions from various organizational levels.
- Continuously lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, and squatting and some repetitive motions.
- Able to sit, stand, and walk throughout an 8 to 10-hour shift.
- Good vision and hearing. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Able to work flexible hours and overtime as required, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
