We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Attendant to join our team at Case Farms, LLC. As an Inventory Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient distribution of packaging materials and ingredients on shift.
Key Responsibilities- Unload all boxes, packaging, and ingredients from delivery trucks and store them in a secure area.
- Sign in/out all packaging materials and ingredients from the storage area, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
- Operate scan guns, CFS system, manifest system, and receiving system to track inventory and ensure accurate counts.
- Generate bar code labels for all incoming boxes, packaging, and ingredients.
- Monitor and scan out all packaging materials, scanning back unused/whole packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area, including corrugated box storage.
- Perform daily physical inventory of all packaging materials, boxes, and ingredients.
- Assist the purchasing manager with other tasks as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability to work varied hours when necessary.
- Previous experience with pallet jacks and forklifts required.
- Satisfactory communication and customer service skills.
Regularly required to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, stretch, walk, reach, twist, bend, use hands and fingers, handle objects or controls, talk, and hear.
