Ferrero, a leading global chocolate company, is seeking a skilled Inventory Specialist to join its Production Team in North Canton, Ohio.

This role is responsible for coordinating and supplying materials to production lines, ensuring seamless operations and meeting production demands.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-speed manufacturing environments, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

As an Inventory Specialist, you will work closely with the warehouse and quality teams to ensure accurate packaging and documentation, and collaborate with production and planning teams to identify and resolve material shortages.

This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend work required.

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate with warehouse and quality teams to ensure accurate packaging and documentation
Partner with quality team to resolve packaging issues and ensure information is shared with affected areas
Inform production and planning teams of material shortages and collaborate to resolve
Update inventory daily and support monthly inventory reconciliation
Verify documentation on production lines and ensure correct packaging is used
Monitor organization of packaging materials in production areas
Review scheduled production for following week and ensure packaging is available at startup and overtime shifts
Request packaging for trials as needed
Additional duties as required

Requirements:
Experience working in high-speed manufacturing environments
Strong communication and multitasking skills
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in SAP system preferred
