Wastewater Systems Engineer

Join a highly respected Environmental Engineering firm in Portland, ME, as they expand their operations and seek a seasoned professional to lead their Wastewater engineering and Water Resources division.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in the New England area, providing leadership and client development in Wastewater engineering and Water Resources.
- Manage and oversee engineering on wastewater planning and design projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Create innovative planning and design solutions for public-sector clients' water treatment, distribution, and storage infrastructure, as well as wastewater treatment and collection infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, recommending solutions to engineering issues and performing other tasks as needed.
- PE License
- Minimum 7+ years of Engineering experience, with a strong background in Wastewater projects
- Experience with Water Conveyance or Water Resources is a plus
- Prior management or leadership experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license for local travel
