At HDR, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our drinking water and wastewater market sector. As a Market Sector Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and expansion in this critical market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement market sector strategies to drive growth and expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the drinking water and wastewater market
- Collaborate with business development teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry associations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience
- Proven track record of success in business development and leadership
- Strong technical expertise in drinking water and wastewater engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
