We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Automotive Product Expert to join our team at Hiester Automotive Group. As an expert in vehicle sales and presentation, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description
  • Sales and Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide options, and explain vehicle features and benefits.
  • Vehicle Sales and Delivery: Complete vehicle sale paperwork with accuracy and ensure seamless delivery to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Research and stay up-to-date on available vehicles, features, and products to translate their benefits to customers.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Develop strong written and verbal communication skills, work collaboratively with team members, and maintain open communication with management.
Requirements and Benefits
  • Education: College degree (2-year or 4-year) required; currently attending college classes? Apply today and ask about our Product Specialist Intern program.
  • Skills and Abilities: Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, ability to work individually and in a team environment, strong computer and phone skills, valid driver's license, and passing background check and drug test.
  • Compensation and Benefits: $45,000 - $60,000 annual salary, comprehensive insurance package, short-term and long-term disability plans, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and service, opportunities for advancement, and a positive work environment.
