About the Job

This Bilingual Onboarding Specialist role requires exceptional customer service skills and a strong understanding of solar systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, handling calls, and adhering to company policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to customers on system performance and maintenance.
  • Make outgoing calls to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies.
  • Meet revenue targets and call objectives.

**Salary:** $19-$22 USD per hour + commission

Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish (mandatory).
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience.
  • Prior solar experience (a plus).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace (preferred).
Work Environment

This full-time position is based at our corporate office in Houston, Texas, offering hourly compensation plus commission.
