Customer Service Associate/Receptionist

Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a critical role in providing world-class customer service and satisfaction to all Mechanix Wear customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of our products, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
The ideal candidate will be confident, friendly, and outgoing, with the ability to handle high-volume incoming calls and direct calls appropriately. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience with Microsoft Office programs.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders efficiently and accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Verify pricing, stock levels, and provide tracking information
- Handle exchanges, returns, and warranty issues
- Support Mechanix Wear's commitment to quality and continual improvement
Requirements:
- Associates degree or related field with two or more years of experience
- Working knowledge of customer service techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The estimated salary for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
